As soon as your PayPal payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with instructions for downloading your purchase. This usually only takes a few minutes, but it could take up to 1-2 business days for a check to clear if you chose to pay via eCheck.
Note: If you do not receive the download instructions, please check your Junk Mail folders before contacting us. By far, the most common issue with receiving purchases is that our messages are flagged as spam by your email client.
